2. We will contact you to acknowledge receipt and clarify any questions
3. We will email you back a quote and lead time within 4 hours.
4. Upon acceptance of the quote we will issue a confirmation drawing for approval.
5. The drawings are then to be reviewed and approved/changed.
6. When it's complete you are notified & delivery/pickup is arranged.

Custom Wood Cutouts
We cut what you want faster and better
What We Need
To get started with your custom wood cutouts, we'll need an idea of what you want. Feel free to share clip art, jpegs, drawings, or dimensions to help us visually represent your desired shape. Additionally, please provide us with a rough idea of the size you're looking for, as drawings are done to scale. And don't forget to let us know the quantity you need (although we may have a minimum order requirement).

What we will do
Once we have your specifications, we'll take your drawing and use it to create a custom cutout. We'll then email you a proof for approval before we begin cutting your wood shapes. Once you give us the green light, we'll cut and ship your cutouts to you.
The details
There are a few fine details to keep in mind. We cannot create anything that is copyrighted or protected in any way. Additionally, the size of your custom wood cutouts will be limited by the extent of sheet goods we carry, typically 30" x 29". Our prices are based on the time and materials used, with thicker woods being more expensive than thinner woods.
We cut using 1/8", 1/4", 1/2", and 3/4" Baltic Birch Plywood, as well as 1/2" and 3/4" MDF. However, we don't cut cheap plywood as we prioritize the safety of our customers and employees. We also respect your intellectual property, so please let us know if you'd like us to create wood shapes exclusively for you.
Finally, remember that our prices are subject to change and that extensive drawings may incur a setup fee. However, in most cases, we don't charge a setup fee for 90% of the work we do.
The Creating process
Our process for creating custom wood cutouts and shapes is designed to be both fast and simple. We have streamlined our process as much as possible, but due to the personalized nature of each order, we may need to communicate with you outside of the website's form.
Email is by far the most effective way to communicate throughout this process. This allows us to exchange artwork and obtain approvals, ultimately keeping costs down. In your initial email, kindly provide us with details on the type of cutout you need, along with an image and quantity.
